Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue commercial opportunities with shipowners, port operators, logistics providers, industrial customers, government agencies, and relevant Indonesian stakeholders.
  • Develop account strategies, territory plans, and pipeline forecasts aligned with Indonesia growth targets.
  • Lead or support end-to-end deal cycles including discovery, solution shaping, proposal development, negotiation support, and handover.
  • Build senior relationships with SOEs, private-sector customers, partners, and ecosystem players.
  • Manage tender responses, RFIs/RFPs, and structured procurement opportunities in coordination with internal teams.
  • Collaborate with Government Relations on regulatory timing, stakeholder pathways, permits, and market-entry realities.
  • Represent the business at relevant maritime, defence, logistics, and industry forums in Indonesia.

Instructions :

  • Bachelor degree in Business, Engineering, Maritime Studies, International Relations, or related discipline.
  • 5+ years in business development, enterprise sales, partnerships, or strategic account roles in Indonesia.
  • Experience in maritime, logistics, defence, ports, industrial technology, IoT, infrastructure, or heavy industry preferred.
  • Proven track record in complex B2B/B2G deals, senior stakeholder engagement, and structured procurement processes.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Entrepreneurial, disciplined, and able to build pipeline in a developing market.
