Supply Chain Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a local supply chain strategy aligned with Indonesia growth priorities and group standards.
• Identify, assess, onboard, and manage suppliers across goods, services, engineering support, logistics, and operational requirements.
• Lead sourcing activities including market scans, RFQs, bid comparisons, negotiation support, and recommendation of award strategy.
• Support localization planning and partner selection, including capability, capacity, compliance, and execution-risk assessment.
• Coordinate logistics, warehousing assumptions, customs/import interfaces, material flow, and supplier delivery where required.
• Work with delivery, engineering, finance, and commercial teams to ensure supplier and material assumptions are realistic during bid and execution phases.
• Monitor supplier performance on cost, quality, lead time, responsiveness, compliance, and risk.
• Bachelor degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, Engineering, Logistics, or related discipline.

Instructions

• 7+ years in supply chain, procurement, sourcing, logistics, inventory, or supplier-management leadership roles in Indonesia.
• Experience in defense, maritime, manufacturing, heavy engineering, aerospace, energy, infrastructure, or structured industrial environments preferred.
• Direct experience with supplier qualification, procurement governance, negotiation, supplier performance, and contract support.
• Understanding of Indonesian supplier markets, import/export realities, customs, and local execution constraints.
• Professional English and Bahasa Indonesia capability, with strong negotiation and documentation discipline.
